Indeed, ibrid^® technology, patent pending since November of 2004, was officially patented by the USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office), under the title "Method and computer readable medium for delivering hybrid static and dynamic content." This patent, which is effective through the year 2027, was awarded to the inventors who are partners and the co-founders of Nexun Media. Marketing rights to the patent under the ibrid^® registered trademark are also the property of Nexun Media.
